Doug was a great contact and easy to communicate with INITIALLY. But once the job was done and he got paid, he totally ghosted me when I complained about the work of his cleaner. First and foremost, she didn't come with the proper cleaning supplies. I paid specifically for oven cleaning and she didn't have oven cleaner! No special cleaning agent to clean the floors, etc. Just your basic mop, water and vacuum. She took about 5 hours to complete the most basic cleaning of wiping down counters and vacuuming. This is a 900 sqft condo! Not very big. The kitchen was essentially left untouched. Insides of the oven, microwave, cabinets, etc. were not cleaned. I contacted Doug with my concerns hoping he would be as responsive as he was in the beginning and I got nothing. I know he got my iMessage because he had his read receipt on. When I texted back for a reply, he changed it to regular text. Needless to say, I was giving the guy an opportunity to make this right and he didn't. BAD BUSINESS ETIQUETTE. No refund, no offer to have it cleaned again, nothing. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
