It was our first time experience getting cleaners and it has been fairly good. They were responsive to our queries and scheduling preferences. However on the day of cleaning we had to call in and reconfirm the time as they moved appointments without communicating.
As for the work, the one cleaner we had wasn’t much better efficient and looked more like a novice than pro. Sussana did come by after quite some time and did listen to our feedback and got it cleaned as much as possible, still a more efficient person would have saved both time and effort.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and will be reaching out again for cleaning needs!

This is an amazing cleaning service. I hired Susana for the cleaning of a vacation rental that I manage. From the very beginning, Susana was professional.
