This is an amazing cleaning service. I hired Susana for the cleaning of a vacation rental that I manage. From the very beginning, Susana was professional. She answered my initial request in a very short time and after speaking with her for a few minutes I felt comfortable. She has never once let me down or not showed up for a scheduled appointment. I did my first cleaning with Area81 and Susan was very responsive and professional. I gave her the list of items that need attention in my house and Kayla did an excellent job in following those instructions. She was punctual , followed the instructions well, was very fast at her work and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them and would stick with them for future services.

Got deep cleaning done with Area 81 services. They did a good job overall especially on the kitchen counters( we had some hard to remove stains and they were able to get it out without any issue) but also missed a few areas (such as cobwebs on one of the windows). Attention to detail can improve, but if we pointed out any area that they missed then the quality of cleaning was good.

Today we had Area81 come clean our two bedroom apartment and it was absolutely amazing. They were very great at communicating when setting up to schedule and when providing a cost estimate. Their attention to detail and efficiency was amazing. I will definitely be using them again and recommending to friends!
