Susana and Area81 were excellent. My previous cleaners unexpectedly and suddenly moved, leaving me with an oceanfront luxury rental that needed immediate servicing. Area81 and Susana immediately responded, accommodated my expedited schedule and did a fantastic job with everything. She even brought to my attention items that needed extra care and offered some sound advice to simplify and improve cleaning my property. I have continued to use Area81 and Susana with excellent results every time. She does an excellent job in a luxury rental. Highly recommend.

It was our first time experience getting cleaners and it has been fairly good. They were responsive to our queries and scheduling preferences. However on the day of cleaning we had to call in and reconfirm the time as they moved appointments without communicating.
As for the work, the one cleaner we had wasn’t much better efficient and looked more like a novice than pro. Sussana did come by after quite some time and did listen to our feedback and got it cleaned as much as possible, still a more efficient person would have saved both time and effort.
Overall it was a pleasant experience and will be reaching out again for cleaning needs!
