We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who are all English speaking, and undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews. And If you are not satisfied with our service, let us know within 48 hours, and we will come back and make it right! Positive: I have nothing but positive things to say about my cleaner DWAN! Her personality is so bubbly and inviting which puts you at ease immediately. Her cleaning skills are off the chain! Our apartment sparkled, she worked a miracle in the kitchen which needed some attention. Negative: Cleaner was 25 minutes late due to a miscommunication between her and the scheduler which had me a little frantic because I didn’t have time to spare. Positive: Camille reached out to me, corrected the problem and offered me a discount for the error which I appreciate! Overall: Golden Box Cleaning is worth the time, effort and price! If you decide to book with them, request DWAN and I promise you will be so happy you took this advice!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are different pricings for our services. We offer a Deep Cleaning, Standard Cleaning, Move-in/Move-out Cleaning, Vacation Rental Cleaning, Maid Services, and Office Cleaning. We also offer discounts for reoccurring services. Need your dishes washed, or a load of laundry done? Add it on as an additional service!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually suggest new customers book a deep cleaning for their first service, unless they have had a professional cleaning within the past month. We welcome all new customers, and mention the first time customer rate!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our customer happiness team is highly qualified, with over 15 years of experience in the service industry, and housekeeping. All cleaners are referenced checked, and required to have at least 1 year of professional cleaning experience.
