Not happy with the work or the lack of professionalism from this company. We tried them out for 2 cleanings. We were not fully satisfied with the work, but because we didn't want to re-hire another company into our home we thought we'd work out the kinks. There is a lot of basic dusting that they miss, or don't bother to do. They sprayed down a small toaster oven with oven cleaner and forgot to clean it, for example. By the second cleaning the work had already gotten inconsistent, with lots of dust and grime left behind. What ultimately disengaged us is Anna's (owner/operator) lack of follow through with the appointment. She text to ask to move the time by two hours, to which we agreed, but she never showed up and made no effort to excuse herself when she finally communicated 5 hours later. We had a gathering that evening and couldn't find a last minute cleaner to help. Very inconvenient and very rude for a service you pay well for and come to depend on. Look elsewhere. Lauren's Cleaners don't care enough about the quality of their work or of following professionally through for their customers.
