Norma did a great job on my move-out cleaning of a small studio in Pacific Beach. She was able to quickly get me scheduled at the last minute and her team did a great job!

I retained Norma to do a move out house cleaning. She did a good job eventually, and but she charged more than double what you initially quoted, which was OK however she tried to get my wife to vacate the entire apartment which I have not had no other house cleaner to do. Also, I had problems with her cleaning the bathroom where she initially stated she couldn’t do it until my wife showed her how to do it. This is the reason she was rated average.
