Norma and her ladies did a fantastic job! Norma was very responsive and offered to work with my schedule. They were quick and thorough on cleaning day. We hired Norma's for a deep cleaning and are very satisfied with the results. I will definitely be using Norma's in the future.

I retained Norma to do a move out house cleaning. She did a good job eventually, and but she charged more than double what you initially quoted, which was OK however she tried to get my wife to vacate the entire apartment which I have not had no other house cleaner to do. Also, I had problems with her cleaning the bathroom where she initially stated she couldn’t do it until my wife showed her how to do it. This is the reason she was rated average.
