Crew Collective advised me on my kitchen remodel. She was very professional and spent time listening and understanding my style and vision, and curated beautiful vision boards to help me design and decorate my new kitchen. The tool she uses to send links directly to the item/decor to purchase was very useful, and I was pleasantly surprised that she included a variety of options and price ranges for items. Would definitely work with her again!

I highly recommend working with Crew Collective Design! I was looking for a room refresh for my daughters bedroom and Kristy was excellent in providing a beautiful mood board based off the wall color that my daughter chose. Kristys design stayed within budget, provided excellent design choices, and turned out better than I could have hoped for. Crew Collective Designs process was very professional, easy, and fun to to work with. My daughter is so happy and grateful for her beautiful new bedroom. Working with Kristy and her process was so convenient and super easy. The online studio was efficient, and we could edit and comment on everything she designed for us. In the end, she sent us the shopping links and our deliveries came along. It made it easy for us to decorate our home, saving us from costly mistakes and making returns. 5 stars!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are for my design fees and package pricing only. I make zero money on the furniture purchased, so that's more money in your pocket. I offer a 20% discount for 3 rooms or more on either my Standard or Deluxe room package (3d renderings included)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free design call virtually, and once a package is purchased, we start the onboarding into our virtual design studio and questionnaire and room layout process. We work with you 1:1 throughout the concept, floor planning, and selection of furnishings for you to be 100% satisfied.
