Heather at Pruett designs is a truly talented professional. Highly knowledgeable about interior design and always available to answer any questions about the design process. She was very easy to work with, coordinated everything with the contractors and suppliers and my project turned out beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Will be using Pruett Designs in the future for my next redesign! Thank you Heather!Oct 19, 2020
Heather really made my kitchen a place I enjoy being in again. She understood my taste and gave me a space that matches my lifestyle. She is also just a lovely person to work with. I will work with her again on my next project.Oct 19, 2020

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Once you decide you would like me to be your designer, I will provide a contract. I estimate the amount of hours your project will take so you have a lump sum, versus being charged by the hour. A half down deposit is required and then payment schedule is broken out based on how large project is. Details of the payment schedule will be included in the contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My typical process starts with an initial consultation. This involves seeing the space and interviewing for your wants and needs for the space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended the Design Institute of San Diego, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design. Since earning my degree, I have worked in the industry for 10 years, in residential and commercial.
