- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we need to know the scope of work. On small jobs this can be done with pics or by messaging online. For bathroom remodels we complete a brief walkthrough so we understand just what the client is wanting the completed project to be. This gives a chance to get on the same page. Next, we provide the quote, accept a deposit and schedule the dates to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began in construction over 20 years ago when I went to trade school. I then worked as a union carpenter framing residential homes. I moved on to working with crews that completed all aspects to of home building. In time I began working for myself remodeling, purchasing and flipping.
