He assessed the situation honestly and explained that the foundation and wood were still in good shape, the damage was mainly from a tree that had fallen on a few panels. Instead of upselling me on a full replacement, he fixed only what was necessary and saved me a significant amount of money.That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find. On top of that, his crew went above and beyond. Shelly R. says, "I want to update my original review because after consideration, I think overall he and his brother did a good job and I want to be fair. They did work hard to complete the job in 1 day (his urgency, not mine.) I was disappointed to discover that they didn't paint all 6 sides of the cedar fence planks as I requested (per HOA rules). Also, when some of the boards were bowing after just one week due to not adding a middle frame support, I contacted Moises and he said he only quoted adding (2) 2x4 supports. While that is true, only adding framing on top and bottom wasn't enough support. After I sent photos, Moises said it is normal for boards to warp. But the middle support would have prevented it! Eventually, Moises was willing to come back and look at the fence. If you hire Moises, expect a good worker who will show up on time and get the job done."See more
