Ken and crew came out to take down the 22 year old Pergola that was falling and leaning towards my neighbors yard. I couldn't say enough about how professional they were and how great the work was! The communication was great and they were on time both mornings. It was a big job but they handled it all including hauling off the old wood in less than two days. I highly recommend them and look forward to working with Ken again for other renovation projects inside my home. Do yourself a favor and hire Ken and crew for your demolition work!

Ken took a personal interest in the job from the beginning by coming by to look at the job, provide information on his approach to the job, and fielded a number of questions that gave me confidence in his knowledge and ability. Ken and his helper did a great job of demolition and removal of all kitchen cabinets, counter and floors. Very nice guy, and honest. The job was more difficult than they had bid, but he stood by his quote.

I am SO happy with hiring Ken. He responded quickly to my inquiries, gave me a very fair quote, was able to do the job ( removing cabinets and heavy countertops and hauling away) two days later and cleaned up after themselves. Ken took great care to not destroy drywall and I cannot recommend him enough!!!
