- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with learning about your specific needs. Customers can contact us and provide details about the job, including the type of service needed, the size or scope of the project, and any photos or additional information that may help us better understand the work. Once we have the details, we provide a clear estimate and discuss the best approach for completing the job. After agreeing on the scope and pricing, we schedule a convenient time for the service. On the day of the appointment, we arrive prepared and ready to work. We treat every home and property with respect, complete the job efficiently, and make sure the area is clean before we leave. Our goal is to provide a smooth, stress-free experience from the first conversation to the completion of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes primarily from hands-on experience working on residential and commercial properties. I have developed practical skills in junk removal, furniture handling, TV mounting, basic repairs, installations, and general home maintenance through years of on-the-job experience. I’m committed to following safe work practices, using the proper tools and equipment, and continuously improving my skills to ensure every project is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally. I also take the time to understand each customer’s needs and the specific requirements of every job before getting started.
