I had a booking confirmed for 8am. I needed old furniture removed before the new furniture arrived, scheduled for 9am. At 830a I messaged this company through the app (phone number not available) asking if they were still coming. No response. Our family had to rush to carry the old furniture out to the front yard to make room for the new furniture. With no response to my message saying if they were even coming, I messaged them again telling them to cancel as I was able to secure help from someone else. At around 11am they actually show up and I tell them I canceled via the app. Punctuality and communicating is lacking in this company. I gave 2 stars because the guy was nice when he did finally show up.
