I had the best experience with junk zero they were super communicative and fair with pricing. Three people in uniforms came to my door and we’re so friendly. They cleaned up a backyard full of moving boxes and other moving items in about 15 minutes. It took a huge way off of my shoulders and they made the entire process so easy. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else.

Junk Zero exceeded my expectations from start to finish!
Jaime, who scheduled everything, was incredibly personable, friendly, and responsive. She made the entire process so easy and was a pleasure to work with.
James, the lead on the pickup, was absolutely second to none. He was professional, efficient, careful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly. His team safely moved my sectional sofa from my home back to Costco and also removed other unwanted items, making the entire process seamless.
What I loved most was the value. They were much more affordable than hiring traditional movers, and I was able to take care of moving furniture and junkremoval all in one visit. It saved me time, money, and a lot of stress.
If you’re looking for honest, hardworking professionals who truly care about their customers, I cannot recommend Junk Zero enough. Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, excellent communication, and exceptional work from beginning to end.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer affordable pricing and are willing to compete with any quote that you've already received. We also offer a 10% military discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering information about the scope of work: what items needs to be hauled away, how large are the items, do they need to be taken down any flights of stairs or will they be curbside. Once we have this information we can provide a quote. If agreed upon, we can schedule a pickup for the same-day or whenever is convenient for the customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a veteran, I have lots of previous experience doing work that involves lifting heavy items.
