They were amazing! I'm so lucky I was able to find them last minute and actually wish I had found them sooner! When 1-800- GOT-JUNK failed me miserably that day, Junkinators was able to come in and go above and beyond and clear out everything I needed to be cleared. They even took the time to remove all the small debris from the floor.
The job that I had to get done was a miserable one and they came in and didn't even flinch before starting in and calling all the back up they had, and getting it done in a short time.
I would recommend them for anyone looking to have someone do a GREAT job and be easy to work with.

Super helpful and easy. Rescheduled no problem when I had an urgent work matter. Cleared out our side yard for recycling and disposal so easily. Excellent value. Just do yourself a favor and get it done!

Showed up late, time was 9-11 and showed up at 1115. I had another appointment at 1200 so was A little worried. Additionally the price was raised, but I was ok with it cause it is hard to put a bid in with just a picture. Also just one guy showed up, but he was very capable of moving everything. My son and I did help with the broken concrete just so we could get it done. I believe he knocked $25 off for helping. Overall I would recommend them and I would use them again too.
And he was done in 30 minutes

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on volume, weight and location of the items on the property. We will always confirm the price onsite prior to loading. The instant quotes provided on Thumbtack are based on the typed information provided. While pictures help to understand the scope, they are not factored into the instant quote price. For that reason, we will always confirm in person onsite.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The way our process works is we collect general information from the customer about their project on an exploratory call. If we are able to assist the customer as they request, we send our crew to do a no obligation onsite estimate. If the price works for the customer, our crew can get started on the project right then and there.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with both residential and commercial customers. Our projects vary in scope and size and our large fleet of vehicles/equipment allows us the opportunity to handle a variety of projects.
Projects can range from a simple mattress removal to a clean-out of an entire house or office building.
