- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the amount and type of material, loading difficulty, stairs, travel distance, and disposal fees. Please send clear photos for an estimate. The final price is confirmed before work begins, with no hidden charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers send photos, the pickup location, and a description of the items. We review the job, provide an estimate, agree on a date and time, load the material, and leave the area clean. Larger jobs may require an in-person estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from many years of practical, hands-on yard cleanup, hauling, property cleanouts, loading, transportation, and safe use of tools and equipment. We focus on careful work and protecting the customer’s property.
