Career Coaching

I've been working with Karl for the past 10 months on an almost every other week basis on how to start my business from the ground up. At the beginning, I thought I had a clear vision on what I was embarking on; I have come to see with my work with Karl.. I had so much more clarity to gain! He's not only helped me by asking the hard questions I never had the courage to ask myself on what my business can look, feel, taste, touch, be like, but he's helped me to see within myself the purpose that drives me to do what I do. He continually helps me bring my vision into focus each time I'm lost. I can't thank him enough for his support, guidance, and brilliant coaching. And not to mention he's a joy to work with, I always have fun chatting with him :)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Hourly rates in a professional services firm create an inherent conflict of interest because one party is incentivized to end an engagement as quickly as possible and the other is incentivized to prolong it. Neither approach builds a high trust relationship. That’s why Karl Bimshas Consulting agreements generally use value-based pricing. However, for those looking for a fixed-price solution I have agreements based on monthly commitments.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

M.S. Executive Leadership, University San Diego

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

1.) Helping people decide how best to pursue the dreams they've been deferring (often starting their own business on the side) 2.) Helping Executives better manage themselves and better lead their internal team(s)
