Luminous Inner Light - Somatic coaching & healing

Introduction: Hi and Welcome! I am Supraja, a Somatic Coach, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner in training and energy healing practitioner, passionate about helping individuals heal from within, free themselves from thought patterns and beliefs that are keeping them stuck in their life. I offer all 1:1 sessions (distance energy healing and coaching) over video call at this time. I use a trauma-informed, somatic approach (involving the mind and body) to help individuals heal, manage their emotions better, expand their window of tolerance and pursue post-trauma growth. Our thoughts and behaviors are shaped based on imprints in our subconscious mind from childhood or other past experiences. Through my own inner healing journey, I realized my passion to step up and help others with their own transformation. I believe our body stores emotions and unprocessed trauma. My work involves holding space for individuals in a safe, non- judgemental container, helping them somatically process any emotions or sensations coming up in the body, within their window of tolerance. I prioritize nervous system regulation work at the foundation of our sessions. I am also mindful about letting clients take healing at a pace that's comfortable for them, without feeling overwhelmed at any time. I facilitate lasting transformation using somatic experiencing healing techniques, energy work (reiki healing), EFT tapping, meditation, etc. to help individuals achieve emotional release and breakthroughs. Sessions are tailored based on what works best for each individual!
