- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer hair and Make-up services and my prices start at $85 and up per service . If the job is outside San Diego, I do charge an extra fee (North county areas like Oceanside and Escondido I still consider SD). If free parking is not available, I do ask my client to cover the charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know what my client is looking for is very important, having her tell me what she wants on her special day, share inspirational pictures. I encourage my clients to ask questions, share concerns with me (skin conditions, hair extensions, etc). if we feel we are a good fit, we can make our appointment a great experience.
