Very professional and caring. Prompt with initial contact and follow up.
I live across the country on the East coast and bought this as a birthday gift for my Dad. He said it was the BEST birthday present he's ever had!
I requested that Jackie go to his home. I was a little nervous that he might not be okay with that after just turning 72. However it was quite the opposite and now he's going to be getting massages regularly!
Overall experience was " Fantastic"!
