I offer professional mediation of disputes involving the sale or purchase of securities. My background includes 25 years practicing law and over 20 years of service as an arbitrator (usually as the panel chairperson) for FINRA (previously NASD and NYSE). I have been a mediator since 1991 and have specialized in securities mediation for the past 10 years. More than 85% of my mediations produce as settlement option that each party evaluates and accepts, with the advice of counsel as being better than the alternative of taking the case through arbitration to award and collection.
