I was at work, but they texted me when they were 15 minutes away. The tech, Navi, was professional and had my drain cleared really quickly so I was able to get back to work. He offered to help me put everything back and suggested that I disinfect the area. I will definitely use them again.

Don’t use this company. I had to follow up with them several times just to confirm an appointment. A week later after they finally showed up they quoted over $400 to replace a $60 garbage disposal. Upon leaving they requested that we pay them $180 just for the inspection.

First and foremost Sir, You called us out to locate the source of the Problem which our tech did. He spent more than an hour on your project. After he located the problem he than provided you with an estimate for repair the disposal you have has a cost to it. It also cost to pick one up from our suppliers and install it. Our mark up for the disposal is only 30% plus the techs time to install. We understand that times are tough however we cannot give our service away. You requested to only pay $200 for everything that needs to be done and that is not possible. The cost to locate the problem is $120 as we stated before doing any work.
