I was at work, but they texted me when they were 15 minutes away. The tech, Navi, was professional and had my drain cleared really quickly so I was able to get back to work. He offered to help me put everything back and suggested that I disinfect the area. I will definitely use them again.

TERRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I reached out to Olympia Services on Thursday July 16 for a estimate. The estimator stopped by on Friday July 17 and I walked him through the project. I was told I would receive a quote on Monday July 20. I followed up on Wednesday July 22 and was told I would receive a quote that day. I checked in multiple times and have been completely ignored. Today is July 28 and no response.
