Asker got back to me almost immediately when I submitted my inquiry for a door repair. He came by to provide an estimate, and was able to take care of the issue on hand. He ended up having to do more work than he originally thought but was going to honor the original quote he provided, and I appreciated that greatly. He even vacuumed up after he was done!
