- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $15 per signature notarized plus travel. Loan signing packages are charged differently if you'd like assistance with all of the documents.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, verify appointment time and what is needed, address any questions, confirm appointment day of, and see you at your chosen location to perform my notary service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in real estate, extensive customer service experience, and am certified by the NNA and LSS.
