- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we agree on a time and day for your appointment, you will need the following: A valid, government issued photo ID. The document(s) that need to be notarized. Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. Be advised that some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. Notaries are prohibited from helping clients prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have successfully obtained NNA, LSS and EzNotaryClass certifications. I also have access to mentors to better serve my clients. I hold a degree in BSc Economics and MBA from Monterrey Tech.
