Acknowledgment: $15 per signature.
Jurat: $15 per individual for administering an oath or affirmation, including the certificate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: When a new customer reaches out, I gather essential information about their notarization needs—such as the type of documents, the number of signatures, and the preferred time and location for the appointment.
Scheduling: Once I have the details, I’ll coordinate a convenient time and place for the signing, ensuring that everything is organized and ready.
Document Review: Before the signing, I’ll review the documents to ensure that all required areas for notarization are clear, and I’ll explain the process to the signer if needed.
Verification: On the day of the appointment, I’ll verify the signer’s identity using a valid government-issued ID and make sure they understand the document they are signing. If necessary, I’ll administer any oaths.
Execution: I’ll guide the signer through each document, ensuring that all signatures and initials are completed properly. Afterward, I’ll notarize the documents as required.
Completion: Once the signing is complete, I handle any additional tasks, such as providing copies, scanning, faxing, or delivering the documents if necessary.

I hold a bachelor’s degree and have over 20 years of experience working in finance, which has given me a strong foundation in detail-oriented tasks. In addition, I am fully commissioned and have undergone comprehensive training as both a public notary and a loan signing agent. This background ensures that I am well-equipped to handle notarial and loan signing tasks efficiently and professionally.
