I came across Amy during my search for a paralegal assistant to help me with my Family Case situation. I had emailed a few different paralegals and Amy was the first to respond and was willing to help me immediately. After our initial consultation she jumped on my paperwork right away! She was easy to work with, very patient and was very detail-oriented with everything from beginning to end. She also double-checked everything before she submitted my paperwork to the court systems. She is not reliable, always missed appts and deadlines. I believed she didn't tell the truth about delivering/mailing documents. I asked numerous times for a copy of the final letter and proof that she mailed. Amy never provided me those documents.
