I was trying to place an order, but the communication was really poor. They took a long time to respond, and even when they did, the answers were vague and unhelpful. I had to ask three times just to get basic pricing info. After we finally discussed the details and I thought I was ready to pay, they suddenly told me they couldn’t take my order without giving any explanation. It felt like a complete waste of time. I ended up going with another cake maker.
