Chef Billy prepared fillet mignon, sautéed green beans & onions with potatoes. Only thing I can say is can't wait for my next meal. Chef Billy will be seeing a lot of me in the future. Great meal, well prepared!

Chef Billy came to our home in Melbourne beach and prepared a delicious gourmet meal for our party of 17 people. I asked him to make something special for the kids and he did an outstanding job all the way around. Billy also has a very warm and friendly personality which added to the atmosphere. I will use his services again in the future.

Chef Brown, the meal that you prepared for me and my friend was fantastic. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was so full of flavor. My friend said that was some of the best crab that she has had in a long time. The steak was my favorite it was so tender it just melted in your mouth almost. Can't wait to get my next meal.
