First of all, Billy is such a nice guy. He is very considerate and very thorough. We did a consultation to determine the foods that I liked and he delivered on his promise. The promise to shop, cook and deliver the healthy foods that I want. All my friends are jealous and about to hire Billy for themselves. Timeliness, great... Quality, great... Professionalism, outstanding. Enough said!!!

Chef Billy thank you so much for a wonderful 3 course meal! Everyone--including my picky 8 year old son--is still raving about the bacon wrapped shrimp!! Whenever we visit Orlando you will definitely be apart of our plans. You are the ultimate professional at your craft, and your food is delicious at an affordable price. Chef Billy was phenomenal! He and his assistant were timely, professional and provided A1 services. My family and I were celebrating my Mom's 70th birthday and she was thrilled at the idea that we were able to have a 5 star dinner, for 10 adults, within the comfort of our home. He also got 2 thumbs up from his toughest critic, my 6 year old nephew...who was in the middle of an epic meltdown. Hats off to the Chef! We will certainly be utilizing his services again.
