Introduction: I am very knowledgeable about current nutritional trends and allergies. I focus more on spinning the gluttonous ingredients and delivering more of a healthier version. I enjoy pushing culinary boundaries. A lot of my experience comes from being a professional chef for the past decade and learning to work with different cuisine styles that have led me to offer my services to the home resident; the ones looking to eat better with what they have on hand. I help working professionals, who have little time to whip up a healthy meal when they get home from work but really want to learn a few basics that can be implemented from time to time. I work with corporate clients, those who enjoy building something together who also share a passion for learning and educating themselves on the priority of health.
