Every project is negotiable. I charge fare rates based on what your preferences are. Please keep in mind that if you are requesting multiple plated courses with a customized menu, the price will most likely going to be $80+ per person. If you are on a strict budget, consider “family style” service. Any event under 5 people will have 2 separate charges: for labor and for groceries. Minimum labor charge for a party of two is $200.
