She actively participated and assisted me in decluttering belongings I've held onto for years.Prior to her arrival, her investment was evident. She went the extra mile by sending suggestions for organizational bins, shelves, and more that would complement my space effectively. Elizabeth was empathetic and very understanding in the purging process, but also firm and honest which really helped me let go of old items I was holding on to. I definitely needed her! I received Well Kept’s services, specifically for my children’s bedroom. I found SUCH relief through the entire process, and my kids had fun with it! Elizabeth was extremely attentive, sensitive, and personable with my girls and made the purging process so gentle for them. Somehow she managed to coach them into getting rid of things that I’ve been asking repeatedly to donate, always met with resistance. 2 huge bins left that one bedroom after only an hour’s time. I can hardly wait to have her back to tackle another section of our home. The professional and personal touch of this company sets it apart, undeniably.

I had given up on my space, but Elizabeth was able to transform it to what I had hoped it would be and more. Like a godsend, she made the entire process easy; from finding out my goals to hauling away the donations and trash. She helped me in the ways that I had previously failed on my own. She made it an enjoyable process by taking the burden off of physically moving items, having a vision of practical organization, and making it a priority to not impose decision fatigue on me.
