Personal Training

She’s exactly what I needed to make that first step in the right direction. Health and fitness is as much mind work as it is body work. I needed both. She doesn’t push me too hard so that I don’t associate negativity with working out nor does she make me feel like I’m not good enough. I still have a long way to go and if anyone is going to make any changes in my life it has to be me, but I’m glad I have her to help.

Laura is AWESOME- she is creative with her workouts- can also adapt on the fly - has knowledge for her craft - and works with you to build an attainable goal if you give her your target expectation. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I can already feel the difference in my health/energy/fitness level/soul, as well as difference in my appearance. You rock- thank you Laura !

Laura is an incredible instructor. I hired her to help me get both emotionally and physically ally strong again. I have Crohn’s idease (autoimmune) and because of her journey, she understands the best workout routine for me to calm my nervous system and still good a great workout. She is much more than a fitness coach. She will change your life if you do what she says.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices vary depending on the depth of the program and if you choose an online or in person option. I do offer discounts for larger packages and for partner training. I am available to work on retreats as well as workshops. I also offer a referral bonus session.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    The most important part of the relationship between client and trainer or coach to me is trust and honor. I work hard to understand exactly what it is that you are wanting to change with your fitness and will explain how after assessments and conversation the best ways to break through your challenges. I honor the space you are coming from, your time and investment in yourself. Together we will form a program customized to you to get you on your way to the next level.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years. I have several certifications from nationally recognized companies including NASM, ACE and ISSA. I have specialized in personal training, behavioral changes, weight loss and fitness nutrition. I take an all encompassing approach to training that includes mind, regeneration and movement.
