- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices vary depending on the depth of the program and if you choose an online or in person option. I do offer discounts for larger packages and for partner training. I am available to work on retreats as well as workshops. I also offer a referral bonus session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The most important part of the relationship between client and trainer or coach to me is trust and honor. I work hard to understand exactly what it is that you are wanting to change with your fitness and will explain how after assessments and conversation the best ways to break through your challenges. I honor the space you are coming from, your time and investment in yourself. Together we will form a program customized to you to get you on your way to the next level.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked in the fitness industry for 10 years. I have several certifications from nationally recognized companies including NASM, ACE and ISSA. I have specialized in personal training, behavioral changes, weight loss and fitness nutrition. I take an all encompassing approach to training that includes mind, regeneration and movement.
