- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With over 36 years experience and knowledge of successfully working with 100s of clients of all ages and health/fitness issues my normal prices are $100'hr at clients homes. I am willing to take on a few new clients meeting at Mission Bay Park for only $60 per session with the same excellent guaranteed results instruction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First an evaluation of your needs,goals and abilities and then to design a complete mind.body program that will work for you. It is best to commit to a 90 day program for optimal lasting results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a personal trainer & health coach since 1982 and am certified in Health management & Fitness Instruction UCSD 1986. AS well as the author of 17 books, 2 DVD programs, an online wellness club and the Fearless Aging Podcast.
