FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a range of options for everybody's needs and goals so we can find the right fit for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my first session with a client I like to introduce my place (when we meet at my gym) and talk about their goals, if they have any injuries that I should know about, their concerns and struggles up to this point, and our expectations of each other. Then, depending on their physical level, I like to do a short assestment to get an idea of our starting point and this helps me to create a personalized program. Then after, I like to talk a little bit more to see how we feel moving forward and go over my recommendations and the best plan of attack for them to reach their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began studying Physical Education in Brazil 10 years ago. When I moved to San Diego in 2013 started the certification process here. I am a certified personal trainer, CPR certified, self defense intructor, and a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I've been an enthusiast in bodybuilding, powerlifting, fitness, and martial arts for over 10 years.
