Introduction: I help people get rid of pain and get back to the fitness that they were once at. My training is based around functional movements, mobility, and pain management. What I don’t offer is cookie cutter programs and meal plans. Everything I create for my clients is 100% customized to fit their needs because there is no such thing as a 1 size fits all when it comes to diet and exercise. I work closely with my clients to keep them accountable and ensure steady progress.
Over the past 9 years I have worked with a huge range of clients including those with disabilities such as multi-sclerosis and cerebral palsy, to Olympians and everything in between.
By working with me not only will I share everything I have learned on exercise and nutrition, but I'll also teach you how to implement these practices into your everyday life so you can move, look and feel your best all while unlocking your bodies true potential.

For all my programs I offer a free consultation to establish your priorities, goals, and how I can best help you. With the consultation I also complete a body and movement assessment for every client to find any possible limitations and movement dysfunction.
