- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As of right now, there are no fees for cancelations. Willing to negotiate on pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would chat through the app about your expectations and needs to make sure I fit them. If it’s a good match, we can do a meet and greet for the animals and/or customers at your house or a nearby public location prior to when you would need me to start to ensure everyone is comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of experience in house and pet sitting/dog walking for friends, family, and customers.
