My husband and I are so appreciative to have found our new cat sitter, Nicolette. She really takes this job seriously and I felt extra confident knowing she only specializes in cats. When meeting our cats, she had a great approach by getting down to their level and letting them come to her. I thought it was a nice touch that she also carried catnip in her bag, just in case. She cared for our 2 fur babies on 2 separate 1 week trips in June and July 2018. She did an excellent job by being punctual, followed all instructions I'd left and was also extremely reliable. Even after I offered for her to skip the busy 4th of July holiday, she endured the beach traffic to be sure our fur babies were safe! I also really enjoyed her daily text updates with nice, clear photos, and could tell our cats were not just fed and watered like other services we've used, but, she actually took the time to get to know them and keep them happy. It was pretty clear that our cats were given lots of love and attention - especially our male, who grew pretty attached (traitor! haha). If you have cats you love but are called away from home, trust Nicolette for your cat sitting needs. She really knows cats and seemed to love ours almost as much as we do. It's such a relief to have a pet sitter we can trust while we're away!

I have gone to Nicolette for cat sitting services three times in the past few months, and would definitely continue to use her services. She is very responsive and I always trust her to give my kitties the best care! She sends me photos daily, so I can see them even when I am away. I can tell she enjoys her work, so I can absolutely trust her to care for the little ones!

I had an excellent experience with Nic! She is friendly and very caring. In the past, when I had friends look after my cats while I was away on trips, I would come home to stressed out cats. This was not the case when I got home from being away this time. All my cats looked very happy and calm. I will definitely have Nic sit for my cats again!!

I set up a meet and greet with a new client, so everyone can get to know one another. The client can go over the care of their fur baby. This initial consultation is free of charge.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a current member of Pet Sitters International. I have attended the educational conference that brings the leading experts on the latest in pet-sitting industry research. With informative sessions that highlight pet-sitter best business practices and share the most up-to-date pet-health and pet-care information.
