- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We stand by our name! We have packages to fit any budget. We also have everything included in our prices. No hidden fees here. Other than CA Sales Tax, the price we quote includes everything you should need for your magical event! Follow us on our Instagram and Facebook for promotions and ongoing specials. We offer many discounts and payment plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to respond quickly and always keep in mind that all clients are anxious and excited for their upcoming event. Whether it be next month or next year! We also send out a questionnaire and ask for specific details to ensure your vision is our vision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years of customer service and we have been planning and executing events for as long as I can remember! We are self taught in the photo boothing part from pure trial and error. We have the best equipment and many props and backdrops to fit any event.
