- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on guest count, service time, and event needs. A mobile bar setup fee may apply depending on the level of setup required. Gratuity is not required, as service is included in pricing. Extra hours, custom menus, or extended travel may be added as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll ask about guest count, vibe, and expectations. From there, I’ll outline what’s needed for the bar setup and service. Once details are confirmed and service agreement is signed, I handle preparation, arrive early for setup, and make sure everything runs smoothly during the event. Afterward, I take care of breakdown so the client doesn’t have to worry about anything.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am no stranger to serving, bartending and customer service in fast-paced environments. I’m knowledgeable in drink preparation, service flow, and maintaining a clean, professional setup. I also stay mindful of responsible alcohol service practices.
