- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Final price will be given after customer consultation. It all depends on what you choose for your event. We offer 10% military and healthcare professional discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will have a consultation and discuss the packages offered, add-ons we have available, and themes (if any). We will touch base with the client periodically up until the event so we can review and finalize everything together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We’re a family-owned photo booth business with hands-on training in photo booth setup, lighting, software, and event coordination, ensuring every event runs smoothly and guests have a great experience.
