We offer unique options to our trade including, payment plans on bookings, price matching our competitors that offer similar services and features, as well as customized themed photo props, photo strips, and scrap books to fill with memories from your special event. We are here to compliment your event and work with your needs and wants, if you have any requests just ask! Being in the entertainment business is one of the most fun and rewarding things you can do. Laurie showed up early and set up without interrupting anything. She was very communicative throughout the whole process. Everyone loved the booth and the pictures came out so great! Lots of props which was even better.

Penguin's photo box was an excellent photo Booth rental. We rented for my daughters sweet 16 and everyone had an amazing time. Everyone loved the photo booth and all the wonderful props that they had. I will rent from them again in the future.

Laurie and team provided creative props and the option to include a large number of people in the photo. The booth attendants were very positive and pleasant as they worked with the variety of requests for unique photos. The option to see the photo screen and for multiple prints was a winner as well. We will certainly use them again for our next party.

Laurie and her husband were fantastic! I called them a week before my wedding, after we found out the other Photobooth company we had hired was a fraudulent company. I told Laurie my situation and she felt so bad, she booked my wedding! Even though it was on a Sunday when they typically do not do events! From that moment on I Knew I was in good hands. She was prompt in returning my emails and SO sweet and understanding about my paranoid attitude with hiring another company. She sent me a preview of what my strip could look like, and when I told her I had something a little different in mind, she was more than accommodating and showed up with THE perfect one the day of. They were both so sweet to our guests and helped everyone have a great time. I am still getting comments on how much fun everyone had in the Photobooth! At a point in the night they came up to me and my husband and reminded us to make sure we got in there before the night was done. And we did! Even when we were sitting in the Photobooth they were great! They counted down for us and told us the best ways to hold our props so they could be seen perfectly on the screen in front of us. It was a GREAT time! And to top it all off, throughout the night they were having all of our guests make us a yearbook-style scrapbook of all the photo strips! We got to see everyone's pictures, with a sweet message next to them! Going through the scrapbook was almost better than opening the presents when we got back from the honeymoon! It was so great to relive the fun and love of the night with that book! I was laughing til I was almost crying! In short: USE PENGUIN'S PHOTOBOX! They are an amazing company run by amazing people and deserve all the business they can get! I know I'm already thinking of a party big enough so I can hire them again! :) thank so much again for everything Laurie!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our packages start at $695 for a 3 hour photo booth event and increase $100 for each additional hour. We enjoy working with our customers to exceed their needs and create a package price that they feel comfortable with. We also offer price matching and payment plans!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to reach out to our new customers and make them feel like they can trust in hiring us and be sure that we will work to exceed their needs and provide the service they are looking for. We enjoy customizing event packages to satisfy our customers! We always let them know that if they want something we don't initially offer for them to ask and we will accommodate the request as best as possible!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned and operated 3 businesses over the course of my professional life. I have learned a lot as a business owner and have had the pleasure of passing on my knowledge to my family and now we all work our photo booth business together!
