I cannot recommend Dr. Rockie highly enough! After a motorcycle crash that resulted in shoulder and knee injuries on one side, and a bicep tear on the other, I was left in a lot of pain and significantly weakened. The physical therapy provided by my insurance was not effective and left me feeling frustrated and worried about my recovery.

I recently had total knee replacement.
The assigned PT did limited stretching and mobility.
I found Dr. Rocky, one of the best decisions to made. For understanding of what I wanted more in physical therapy has helped me increase my range of motion incredibly.
Anyone looking to supplement or change the physical therapy plan. I would highly recommend Dr. Rockyl for such treatment.

I would highly recommend Dr. Rockie at San Diego Mobile Rehab and Physical Therapy to anyone who is looking for excellent care. I had been suffering from chronic back pain for over 15 years, and I had tried everything to get relief. I was finally referred to Dr. Rockie, and I am so glad I was.
Dr. Rockie is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. She took the time to understand my pain and develop a personalized treatment plan that was right for me. She was also very patient and encouraging, and she never gave up on me.
After just a few weeks of treatment, I started to feel significant relief. I am now able to do things that I haven't been able to do in years, and I am so grateful to Dr. Rockie for helping me get my life back.

Raquelle is nothing short of a miracle worker! As someone who had been dealing with a shoulder injury for months, I was at my wit's end when I first reached out to her for help. But from the very first session, Raquelle's knowledge, compassion, and care truly exceeded all of my expectations.
She tailored my therapy sessions specifically to my shoulder injury, and her explanations and demonstrations were always clear and easy to follow. I always felt confident that I was doing the exercises correctly, and her encouragement and positive attitude were exactly what I needed to stay motivated.
But most importantly, Raquelle's treatments worked! Under her guidance, I've made incredible progress and my shoulder is now stronger and more flexible than ever before. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
The flexibility of the at-home therapy sessions was also a huge plus. It was so convenient to be able to have therapy in the comfort of my own home and fit it into my schedule.
