We believe in upfront pricing and clear options. Our technician will review the issue, explain the recommended work, and provide pricing before moving forward. We do not want customers surprised by the cost, so we focus on transparency, professionalism, and doing the job correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening to the customer’s concern and scheduling a convenient appointment. Once onsite, we inspect the issue, explain our findings, and provide clear repair or replacement options before any work begins. After the work is completed, we test the system, review what was done, and make sure the customer’s questions are answered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential plumbing systems, water heaters, tankless water heaters, drain issues, fixture replacement, leak diagnosis, and customer safety procedures. We also focus heavily on ongoing field training, code-compliant workmanship, and clear communication with customers before, during, and after the job.
