Found my water heater leaking all over the garage, turned out it was beyond repair and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was able to replace the same day.
Brandon (plumber) was very knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process. As we were waiting for the water to drain from the old tank, I expressed concerns about my water pressure possibly too high, causing bathroom faucet to leak; he performed a courtesy check of my water pressure and confirmed it was too high. Despite Brandon having a long day, he had an uplifting spirit and worked tirelessly to swap the tank.
Will definitely ask for Brandon by name for the next job.
