Nick was quick to respond, we exchanged messages on Thumbtack about the problem, set an appointment. Nick kept me informed about his arrival time. He was knowledgeable and all business. Upon arrival, he did a quick diagnosis, tried to reset the smoke detector a few different times, and eventually determined it was a faulty detector. He came prepared with a couple of high quality new detectors, quickly installed the new unit and the problem was solved. The price was reasonable with his minimal labor cost plus the new detector. I will definitely use his service to future home repairs and improvement projects, and I highly recommend his service."See more
