We loved their work! From the beginning Bethany, was very personal and wanted to be close and open with us on all our photography questions. And her artistic eye is exceptional, we were blown away with our engagement and then further astonished by her graceful and beautiful wedding photos even though we didn't have the best weather. Not to mention, the wonderful prints and albums she creates. We loved her work and how she wasn't just another vendor, she was a friendly partner through the entire wedding process and we can't wait to do further family pictures with her.

she was flexible and initially prompt. She gave me half as long as she said she would. She said she was experienced in doing headshots, but almost none of the photos were cropped to headshots (I had to crop them myself). She did a photo shop job that looked totally artificial. She took longer to deliver than she had said she would.
