- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are licensed and fully insured. We are very transparent with our pricing as outlined in our pricing details. *Additionally, when carpet cleaning we only move light furniture. If Heavy furniture needs to be moved in a home for carpet cleaning there may be an additional fee added.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I thank them for choosing my company. Then I like to ask, when was the last time you had this service. Also what day and time works best for you so we can accommodate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am licensed by the IICRC as a certified carpet technician. Also, I have my NORMI certification for sanitization.
