Jeanine is patient and kind but not a pushover. Our grandson was swimming 100% better within 2 lessons. After 5 lessons, he is diving to the bottom to retrieve things, he can swim to the side and pull himself out and is learning his strokes. Pretty good for a 4 year old! She's great and very reasonably priced. We definitely will use her again.
