- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All rates are a flat fee per lesson. No taxes, no travel fees, no processing fees, nothing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everything with swimming boils down to simple mechanics. We learn two to three things in the first few lessons that provide building blocks for everything else providing a quick trajectory to mastering all 4 stroke: How water moves around us and how to create proper resistance, how to float, and how to kick. From there, we just switch up the angles and direction we’re facing!
