Our office has been using Abolt Process Service for several months now and we are extremely pleased with the professionalism and promptness. Abolt Process Service continually exceeds our expectations by always going above and beyond to get defendants served, regardless of any obstacle they might encounter. To ensure the best experience, we would strongly recommend Abolt Process Service.

I rate Abolt Process service with a 2 star rating because there was delay in serving. In eviction case, time is the essence, any delay means the tenant got to stay longer in the property and we lose money. Cheyanne has no idea to fill out the proof of service. The court rejects it several times. I have to call the court and asked what were the issues, and ask Cheyanne to redo the form sign and return so i can submit to the court. It took for ever to get her to answer my email, text message or voice message. Cheyanne started serving the paper on 4/27, and did not complete the service process until 6/2. That is way too long.
Abolt Process Service's reply
This is a duplicate review from an old case in 2016. As previously addressed, these documents were rejected by the court for failure to pay appropriate fees associated with asking for a default judgment. We only provide proof of service documents and are not responsible for default judgment filings filed by client without the help of our company.

I hired Abolt Process Service for serving complaints and summons for an eviction case. First the proof of service for unknown occupants was not completed. Second, the proof of service were rejected several times. Third, it is hard to contact Abolt to get the paper work corrected. Finally, some of the corrections were not even correct so I have to keep going back and forth several times. The service was done 5/6/2016. I was not able to submit the paperwork for default until 6/6/2016 when the proofs were finally corrected to the satisfaction of the court. One whole month means one whole month of lost rent.

Paid Lady 45$ to serve papers. she came to pick up the money and papers to serve and initially seemed nice. although very flaky at first, while trying to set up meeting. rescheduled multiple times before actually showing up. server lady was aware that court date was within 10 days and needed to be served within 4-5 days. never got a response as to wether she served the papers, and after messaging her twice she finally responded that she had already served the papers and would mail the reciept/proof. now court day here with no proof. Waste of money!!! Flakey server lady. not worth your time or money. spend a little more to get someone more professional.
Abolt Process Service's reply
Our office emails a copy of the proof of service to client and mails Original to the court. The Court rejected proof of service on “John Doe” and returned as plaintiff didn’t know the name of who he was trying to get a restraining order against.
